How do I choose a litter box or feeder?
Start with your pet's needs and the space available in your home. For litter boxes, compare entry design, dimensions, litter compatibility and the model's age and weight requirements. For feeders, compare food capacity, meal settings and compatible dry-food sizes.
Do all models use the same Wi-Fi connection?
The Ti+, Ti Pro, SLB-A and Mini F litter boxes support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Both the 6 L automatic feeder and the feeder with a 2.5 L water fountain support 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Check your router's available Wi-Fi bands before setup.
Are the litter boxes suitable for every cat?
Suitability varies by model. Follow the age and weight requirements in the current manual for the exact model. The Mini F must not be used for cats under six months old or cats weighing 1.5 kg or less. Do not apply one model's limits to another model.
How should I clean the electrical products?
Follow the cleaning instructions for your model. Electrical bases must not be washed or immersed in water; wipe them clean. Wash only the removable parts identified as washable in the product instructions.
What food can the smart feeders dispense?
Both feeder products are specified for regular dry-food pellets measuring 3–12 mm. Check the requirements for your chosen model and the size and shape of your pet's food before use.
Will the replacement waste bags fit every litter box?
The drawstring waste bags measure 45 × 50 cm, approximately 17.7 × 19.7 in. Check your model's waste bin and bag requirements before choosing replacements. Do not assume that one bag size fits every litter box.
